Hipperson Construction has been active in the civil utility infrastructure markets in Saskatchewan since 2017. Since then, they have completed 9 water and wastewater projects, and have 4 more currently underway. They take pride in delivery projects that better the community. Hipperson is always looking for local labour forces (skilled labourers and carpenters). Water Treatment Plant
VCM Construction Ltd.
In order to supply water to R44WPU customers, the Town of Eston's WTP required some significant upgrades that will benefit both town and rural customers for decades.
VCM Construction Ltd. has skillfully been expanding the footprint of the existing building and completing major improvements and replacement of the interior workings of the plant.
Distribution Line
Tollifson Cable Services Ltd
Tollifson is installing the approximately 300 km of pipe that makes up the rural water distribution line. The pipe ranges in size from 25mm to 150mm (1-6") and each day a few more miles of pipe is buried in the ground. They are a professional and hard-working crew that has extensive experience in the rural water pipeline business.
